mOm's bday on 19 february
Sorry for the late post.On 18 February 2010, BD and I made our signature oreo cheesecake topped with fresh korean strawberries. Thanks to BD for his hard work of whipping all the ingredients together. Srs, I am considering of buying an electrical whipper, however, I do not bake that often (with my studies going on).Anyway, BD recommended 1 day freezing for the cake. Hence we made one day in advance. I am so proud of my cake. I really love baking!!!!!!
Mum totally like my oreocheesecake. I made just specially for her - less sweet.
Oh wells, my whole family loved the cheesecake. And they cleared all
just one night and one morning!
